For standard orders, our lead time is 30-45 days after sample confirmation and deposit payment. Lead times may vary based on order quantity, complexity, and production schedule. We always provide a clear timeline upfront.
Quality is embedded in our process:
Incoming QC: Strict inspection of raw materials.
In-Process QC: Checks at each production stage (cutting, sanding, assembly).
Pre-Shipment QC: Final 100% inspection against approved samples and specifications before packing.

Our standard payment terms are:
30% deposit to commence production.
70% balance before shipment, after approval of pre-shipment photos.
For long-term partners, we can discuss more flexible terms like T/T 30% deposit, 70% against BL copy.
